Kawasaki has launched a range of side-by-side vehicles in our market. These include five different models: the Teryx 4 H2, Teryx KRX 1000, Teryx KRX4 1000, Ridge Crew and Mule Pro-FXT 1000 LE.
The models in this range of Kawasaki vehicles have multiple use cases ranging from agriculture and passenger transport to adventure and recreational exploration. Listed below are their prices and specifications.
This is a performance-oriented side-by-side vehicle using the 999cc inline-4 liquid-cooled supercharged engine from the H2, putting out 250hp at 9,000rpm and 198.3Nm at 8,800rpm. It uses 16-inch alloy wheels with Maxxis off-road tyres and features long-travel FOX suspension, selectable 2WD/4WD capability and adjustable power delivery on the go. Priced at Rs 78.90 lakh, it is the most expensive model in this line-up.
This is a sporty, 4-seater side-by-side vehicle using a 999cc parallel-twin engine that produces 110hp at 8,300rpm and 102Nm at 7,000rpm. It features Showa long-travel suspension with adjustable damping, Electric Power Steering (EPS), and 15-inch wheels wrapped in Maxxis Carnivore tyres.
This 2-seater version of the KRX4 1000 uses the same 999cc parallel-twin engine that produces 110hp at 8,300rpm and 102Nm at 7,000rpm. It also gets the same features as the KRX4 1000 but has a longer wheelbase and a kerb weight of 952kg.
This versatile model can be used for industrial purposes, resort mobility, infrastructure operations or recreation. Powering it is a 999cc inline 4-cylinder engine producing 116hp at 8,500rpm and 100.05Nm at 8,000rpm. This model features 14-inch wheels, adjustable driver ergonomics, USB ports and an advanced instrumentation display with smartphone connectivity.
The Mule Pro-FXT 1000 LE can be used for workforce utility or passenger transport. It features a unique convertible 3- to 6-passenger Trans Cab system, making it an ideal solution for industries, resorts, agriculture and outdoor operations. Its 999cc twin-cylinder engine develops 70.0hp at 6,500rpm and 83Nm at 4,500rpm.
