Maruti Suzuki has launched a new ‘Aurum Edition’ accessories package for the Victoris midsize SUV. Priced at Rs 22,990, the Aurum Edition kit includes a few cosmetic fitments, and marks the one-year anniversary of the Victoris’s India launch.
The Aurum Edition package is available only in the strong-hybrid variants of the Victoris, which are priced from Rs 16.43 lakh to Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom). On the outside, this optional kit includes copper-coloured inserts for the front, rear, and side skid plates, as well as additional chrome trim for the grille, fenders, bumpers, side mouldings, and door visors. Inside, the Victoris Aurum Edition gets new all-weather 3D floor mats, a 3D boot mat, and a sill guard for the boot.
Under the bonnet, the Victoris hybrid combines a 1.5-litre three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine with an electric motor and a small battery pack. Net power output stands at 116hp, which is routed to the front wheels via an e-CVT automatic. Maruti claims an ARAI mileage of 28.65kpl for the Victoris hybrid.
