Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition launched at Rs 1.90 crore

Share

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has launched the Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition at Rs 1.90 crore (ex-showroom, India). This limited-run version borrows inspiration from the original Range Stormer concept showcased at the 2004 Detroit Auto Show while combining various elements from the Range Rover Sport Autobiography and SV, according to the British luxury automaker. Deliveries of the Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition in India are to start from October 2026.

  1. Sanguinello Orange inspired by the Stormer concept and Vesuvius Orange First Edition
  2. Features unique ‘TWENTY’ lettering and 23-inch wheels in optional Gloss Black
  3. Interior gets ‘TWENTY’ branding, Ebony Windsor seats, suede headlining and more
  4. Twin-turbo mild-hybrid V8 produces 537hp and 750Nm

Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition exterior

Offered with three colour options, two wheel designs and ‘TWENTY’ lettering

The Twenty Edition of this Range Rover Sport is available in Santorini Black and Ostuni Pearl White exterior shades. Then, there’s the specially developed Sanguinello Orange colour, which the brand claims was inspired by the orange Range Stormer concept and the limited-run Vesuvius Orange First Edition Range Rover Sport from 2005.

Buyers can opt for the ‘Black Exterior Pack’, which adds contrast to the exterior with blacked-out trim – including the roof and ORVM housing. Then, there’s discreet ‘TWENTY’ lettering on select surfaces and 23-inch Gloss Sparkle Silver or optional Gloss Black alloy wheels.

Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition interior and features

The ‘special-edition’ bits are more prominent on the inside than the outside

Opening the door reveals the illuminated ‘TWENTY EDITION’ branding on the door sills and a distinct ‘TWENTY’ scripture on the centre console, which is finished in what the British brand calls “forged carbon veneer”. The all-black interior of the Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition uses black suede for the headliner, bringing a dynamically dark ambience to the cabin, according to JLR.

Another special touch here are the Ebony Windsor seats, inspired by the units found in the flagship Range Rover Sport SV. The rest of this interior isn’t vastly different from other range-topping variants of the Sport. Some of the feature highlights here include a Meridian audio system, active air suspension, Terrain Response modes, all-wheel steering, an electronically activated differential and torque vectoring by braking.

Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition powertrain

Uses a twin-turbocharged V8 engine with a mild-hybrid system

Mechanically, this limited-run Range Rover Sport is unchanged from other V8-powered variants. Under the bonnet is a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 assisted by a mild-hybrid system, putting out 537hp and 750Nm of torque. The transmission is an 8-speed torque-converter automatic. According to the automaker, the Range Rover Sport Twenty Edition can accelerate from 0-100kph in 4.5 seconds.
