Power is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Additionally, there’s rear-wheel steering, adaptive suspension, a limited-slip differential and a rear-biased xDrive AWD system. BMW claims a 4.3sec 0-100kph sprint time, a top speed of 250kph and a fuel efficiency of 7.89kpl.

The X6 retains its distinctive coupe-SUV silhouette with a muscular look overall. Flared wheel arches and muscular rear haunches lend it an imposing stance. The X6 is 4,960mm long, 2,004mm wide, 1,700mm tall and has a 2,975mm wheelbase. It rides 216mm from the ground and has a 580-litre boot capacity.
